Oscar, the Barnsley Hospice mascot, was a welcome guest to Lifetime House on Monday morning to receive another cheque from our referral scheme.
The amount of donations Lifetime has given to hospices up and down the country has now soared past the £10,000 mark – with most of that money having gone to the Barnsley-based hospice.
Oscar and hospice fundraiser Sophie Thomas were presented with a cheque for £546.17 from Lifetime Financial Planner Brian Howard.
As well as donating money via our hospice referral scheme (http://lifetime-fm.com/lifetime-in-the-community/hospice-referral-scheme/), Lifetime also sponsor both the Barnsley Hospice annual golf day and mascot Oscar.
Said Lifetime MD Ian Dickinson (pictured below): “The foundation of our business has always been the relationships we have had with our clients and Lifetime has been built upon their loyalty and the level of service we have been able to provide.
“We have grown and continue to do so through the recommendations and referrals we receive from them, this has helped us to remain profitable and so able to improve our services to all our clients.
“We are constantly striving to be a highly valued and respected contributor to our community. We have set about creating the reality and I am truly excited to see where this leads!
“If you are happy with the service you have received from Lifetime and know of family, friends or colleagues you feel could benefit from this service; then we have found a way that will also benefit your local community.
“For all introduced clients to Lifetime, we will donate, on your behalf, 10% of any initial fees generated on new transactions completed with these clients, to your local hospice.”
