The countdown to the 2016 Lifetime-sponsored Barnsley Hospice Golf Day is now well and truly on.

The teams are gearing up to take part in the charity event at Silkstone Golf Club on Friday, May 20 (12 noon start).

They include a team from Barnsley Football Club.

As well as being the main sponsors of the event – for the fourth successive year – Lifetime has also put forward a team, which will be led by managing director Ian Dickinson.

Other companies/teams who have committed to helping the hospice cause by entering the event include: The Bogey Pickers (headed up by Richard Stead),  Milton Mongs (The Elevator Company), Silver Tongue Cavaliers (headed up by Phil McGowan), Cooke & Mason Plc, GMB Union Barnsley Health Branch, Alhambra Shopping Centre, Yorkshire Bank, Copier Systems, Osbourne Tech 1 (Osbourne Technologies), BM Packaging, NPS Group, GM Wilson, Hargreaves Industrial Services, Name TBC  (headed up by Paul Hardstaff).
