Lifetime staff have been busy this week doing their bit for charity across the country.

Tracey Lawton (Directors PA) was brave enough to don her cowgirl outfit and join over 1,500 other ladies to take on the challenge of a 5 mile, midnight walk around Barnsley.

She was joined by her two daughters Katie (17) and Abigale (15).

The event was organised by Barnsley Hospice to help raise funds for the running of the facilities.

It was the 7th ladies only annual walk which has raised over £500,000 to date.

Tracey said: “The atmosphere was really great and the weather couldn’t have been better.”

When asked what was the highlight Tracey said ‘it was the sausage sarnie and cup of coffee at the end!!’

Earlier that day Victoria Oliver (Communications Manager) joined 4,000 other Rock Choir members to sing her heart out for the ‘Missing People’ charity.

The event saw the Liverpool Echo Arena sold out.

Victoria said: “We have been working on the songs and moves since Christmas in our individual choirs across the country. On the day the choirs came from as far away as Aberdeen and Bournemouth, we all came together perfectly and the sound was amazing.”

Victoria added: “I was really touched to see members of the McCann family present on the day with collection buckets. It made all the hard work seem worthwhile.
