November is proving to be an ‘inspirational’ month for two Barnsley secondary schools.

Horizon Community College and Holy Trinity School have both embraced Lifetime’s ‘Barnsley Businesses Inspiring Students’ project – and as a result have benefitted from terrific talks from local business leaders.

Webmart founder Simon Biltcliffe and Stuart Turner of sushisushi delivered their BBIS talks at Holy Trinity earlier this month – to tremendous acclaim from students and teachers – and next up for the Carlton-based school is Barnsley Football Club chief executive Ben Mansford (pictured below, giving a talk earlier this year at Horizon).

Ben will speak to Holy Trinity’s Year 11 pupils on Thursday, November 27.

Meanwhile, Doyle Security MD Andy Nicholson (pictured below) is going in to talk to Horizon’s Year 11s on Friday, November 28.
