Michelle Bailey is the latest recruit to Lifetime’s ‘Barnsley Businesses Inspiring Students’ venture.

Michelle (pictured below) is the Managing Director of award-winning Active Response Security Services.

She is well known for her safeguarding of children initiative #BeeSafe, which was originally intended for local schools to warn of the dangers of building sites.

The interest grew to national level and was supported by the UK HSE Construction Safety Sector based in Birmingham.

Dr Alan Billings, South Yorkshire Police and Crime Commissioner helped launch the 3D Character Video.

Michelle is committed to supporting the local community.

Her company employs 140 staff and she is a keen supporter of apprenticeships.

Active Response established an Academy to help retrain unemployed people to qualify to enter the security sector.
