Oscar, the Barnsley Hospice mascot sponsored by Lifetime, was mobbed during a school visit this week.

Oscar clearly went down a storm with the kids at Holy Rood Catholic Primary School, during a cheque presentation on Tuesday.

Said hospice fundraiser Vicky Stead: “The school are regular supporters of the hospice and kindly donated £140 from a collection at Class 3 & 4’s production of Noah’s Ark ‘Rock the Boat Production 2014’ (http://www.holyroodschool.co.uk/gallery/rock-the-boat-production-2014)

“Oscar got mobbed and it took all my strength to hold him up!”
