The amount of donations Lifetime has given to hospices up and down the country has now soared past the £10,000 mark.

Most of that money has been generated from our hospice referral scheme (https://www.lifetime-fm.com/lifetime-in-the-community/hospice-referral-scheme/).

We also sponsor both the Barnsley Hospice annual golf day and their mascot Oscar, which has helped push the total amount we have given to hospice causes past £10,000.

Since Lifetime managing director Ian Dickinson decided to donate cash to hospice causes, the Barnsley-based charity at Gawber has been the main beneficiary, but others who have received money include: St Leonard’s (York), Kirkwood, Wakefield, Bluebell Wood, Marie Curie, St Catherine’s (Scarborough), Myton (Warwickshire) and St Barnabas (Worthing).

Said Lifetime MD Ian: “The foundation of our business has always been the relationships we have had with our clients and Lifetime has been built upon their loyalty and the level of service we have been able to provide.

“We have grown and continue to do so through the recommendations and referrals we receive from them, this has helped us to remain profitable and so able to improve our services to all our clients.

“We are constantly striving to be a highly valued and respected contributor to our community. We have set about creating the reality and I am truly excited to see where this leads!”
