Lifetime were delighted to welcome a special visitor from investment management company Vanguard to Great Cliffe Court on Friday morning.

Alexandra Gotts, Vanguard’s Head of HR, Europe (pictured below) spoke on a number of topics to our MD Ian Dickinson and his fellow directors in the boardroom at Lifetime House.

Said Lifetime’s Communications Director William Bottomley: “It was lovely to meet Alexandra. All the directors were very impressed with what she had to say. We took a lot out of the meeting.”

Before joining Vanguard in 2009, Alexandra was a senior vice president and head of Human Resources for the Fixed Income Group of Lehman Brothers, in London, and was global head of Human Resources and executive director for the Global Equities Business at ABN AMRO, in London.

She earned a BA in business studies, and is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
