Lifetime’s Financial Planner Matthew Appleby will be running the Jane Tomlinson Leeds 10k race on July 20 – all in the aid of charity.

Matt (pictured) said: “Hopefully I’ll manage the full distance without collapsing in a heap, since I haven’t run more than about 20 yards in the last 20 years!

“After three weeks of training I can now manage about two miles…ish!

“Anyway, I’m supporting Martin House Children’s Hospice in Leeds who provide fantastic support for kids with serious illness and their families.

“Any amount small or large will be more than welcome, every penny makes a difference to the kids at Martin House.
