Barnsley Hospice has hailed Lifetime’s commitment to the community.

Lifetime’s Social Media Manager Andrew Lodge popped along to the hospice in Gawber on Thursday morning to deliver a cheque for £200.56 from our hospice referral scheme to fundraiser Sam Silverwood (see picture below).

A hospice representative said: “Lifetime’s continued support is absolutely fantastic. They are wonderful fund-raisers and do so much for the hospice and the community.

“We are so grateful. It is great to see a local company helping us in this way.”

Lifetime has built up a very strong relationship with the hospice over recent years – and that bond has been strengthened even further by our referral scheme.

As well as sponsoring the hospice’s annual golf day at Silkstone GC, and the hospice mascot, Oscar, we also send regular donations via our hospice referral scheme.

The overall total Lifetime has given to the hospice is fast approaching £10,000.

Managing Director Ian Dickinson said: “We are delighted to help the hospice. It is a key part of our commitment to the community.”
