2014 sees the beginning of the ramping up of smaller businesses needing to be ready for Auto Enrolment.

The above figures are national and give a sign of things to come. As we move into 2015, in Yorkshire alone some 6,000 businesses will need to be ready. This means for the employers yet to make any plans, finding the right advice is becoming more critical.

Wind on 12 months into 2016 and 2017 and we see that over one million employers will need to be ready, 180,000 of which are businesses from across Yorkshire.

With so little time and so much to do, it is essential that all employers, whether staging in three months or three years, get the initial stages of assessment and planning completed – or run the risk of lagging behind and not meeting their duties on time.
