Lifetime were thrilled to receive a lovely thank you message after helping a client with a particularly complicated situation.

Financial Planner Jane Gray and Mortgage Manager Michelle Youel (pictured below) came in for special praise as they steered the gentleman in question through a difficult financial process.

The delighted client duly rang the Lifetime offices to say that he wanted to ‘personally thank Michelle and Jane for all that they have done for him in a complicated situation’.

The pair were ‘absolutely fantastic’ he added.
