Lifetime has now given over £27,000 to hospices via the company’s highly successful referral scheme.

The scheme, which the Yorkshire-based company introduced just over three years ago, has raised much-needed cash for 20 hospices up and down the country.

One of the latest cheques was presented  by Lifetime Mortgage Administrator Scott Kershaw at the recent Lifetime-sponsored Barnsley Hospice Golf Day at Silkstone.

Said Lifetime MD Ian Dickinson: “The foundation of our business has always been the relationships we have had with our clients. We have grown through the recommendations and referrals we receive from them.

“We continue to develop that close relationship and give our clients, wherever they live, the opportunity to make a difference to their community.

“Together, we are making our referral scheme a great way of doing that.”

The 20 hospices who have received referral scheme cheques from Lifetime are as follows:

Barnsley, Wakefield, Rotherham, Bradford (Marie Curie), St Luke’s (Sheffield), Primrose (Bromsgrove), Bluebell Wood Children’s (Sheffield), Forget Me Not Children’s (Huddersfield), Scarborough, Kirkwood (Kirklees), Myton (Warwick), St Leonard’s (York), St Barnabas (Worthing), Lindsey Lodge (Scunthorpe), Ashgate (Chesterfield), Overgate (Elland), St John’s (Doncaster), St Gemma’s (Leeds), Martin House Children’s Hospice and St Giles (Lichfield).
